TEST MAX Singapore is a 100% Local-Owned Company established by Mr. Tan Yin Leong in 1986 as the first local manufacturer of Burn-In Test Probes for Semiconductor industries.
During the Company’s 19 years existence, we have business connection with local and foreign companies like National Semiconductor, NEC Electronics, Intel Technology, Infineon, Digital Equipment, Micromaster and etc. We are the first company in Singapore to produce Burn-In Test Probes and have obtained 5 U.S. patents, 4 Singapore patents, 1 Taiwan patent and 1 Malaysia patent for our range of products. We are at the moment applying more patents for our other new products.
TEST MAX Singapore has also invested in manufacturing of Contact Fingers specially designed to meet stringent electrical testing requirements for many major brands of IC Handling Equipments. Major clients include Texas Instruments, Advanced MicroDevices, ST Microelectronic, INTEL Technology and etc.
TEST MAX Singapore is the only company in Singapore that manufactures a complete range of Contact Fingers under one roof. We are presently in the process of manufacturing Test Sockets built with Kelvin contact. We test our Contact Fingers with all kinds of test criteria like Kelvin measuring. This Kelvin Test Socket was designed, developed and manufactured by us, which has also been patented. We are the first in the market to produce such a socket.
TEST MAX had also set up an office TEST MAX MANUFACTURING U.S.A in California U.S.A, which acts as the frontline and provides the latest product information in order to cater global requirements.
