Most of TM CONTACT FINGERS are :
– Molded of Thermoplastics or Thermoset plastics.
– Wide range of contact material used
– High frequency testing
– Lower tooling cost
– 50-OHM impedance

.

CONTACT MATERIAL
– Beryllium copper material have been through vacuum strength release
– Spring temper stainless steel with gold plating (last longer, harder in strength force, does not corrode or tarnish)

– Special Alloy material which:
1) Minimize breakage
2) Will not corrode
3) Can withstand high temperatures
4) Better stress (thermal) relaxation
5) Harder strength force
6) Electrical conductivity at 392 degree Fahrenheit (200 degree Celsius) is 7% – 40% IACS
7) Corrosion Resistance Moist Ammonia Grater for 500hrs at 40 deg C
